The dogs in our family love camp. In fact, the two youngest dogs in the family, Omi and Ziva, spent so much time running around at top speed that it was hard to ever get a photo of them. But here's Omi, soaking wet because she got worried when she saw Smiley Girl and Shaggy Hair Boy leaving in the canoes and leaped off the dock to swim after them. (Smiley Girl, touched by this display of loyalty, pulled the wet dog into the canoe.)
And here's Ziva, who has the dock all to herself.
Note: I use pseudonyms for the humans on my blog but not the animals. I figure that the names we call them are pseudonyms already: we don't know what their names are in dog.

Aw, very cute!
Omi has the sweetest face! How could you not fall in love with it, wet and all!
The picture of your dog made me laugh. That is a dog who has had fun! When we used to go camping my mom and dad brought along their Lab. He *knew* we were going camping when we hit a certain part of the drive. (The had an SUV and the dog would start breathing hot dog breath down your neck.) Camping was his favourite and more than that, playing fetch was his most favourite of all. Between the 5 of us we threw the ball ALL DAY LONG. The dog would get tired and rest for about 2 minutes every 4 hours then he was back at it. We got tired before he ever did. Thankfully we could throw the ball with one of those Huck-it's and it would go way into the overgrowth and it would take him several minutes to find it. Dogs and camping just go together.
Hahahaha, I love it that the dogs won't have pseudonyms 'cause we don't know their real names in dog. AWESOME! Totally sounds like something you'd say.

Awwww. . . ditto comments above. We're just abck from camp, no dogs.
So very true about dog names...
I bet they're good and tired by night. (Probably the humans are, too!)
If you knew what all your humans' names were in their variant of dog, you could use them as pseudonyms.
Mwa: I might have trouble spelling them, though.
cute pups and what a sweet face on omi...a cutie pie for sure!!!!
Your dogs are adorable. My sister's dog loves their cottage too. The drive up, not so much but she is just like a puppy the whole time they are there.
precious happy pups!
Ha ha , like that, leaping off the dock to swim after them.
Nothing better than the smell of a wet dog! I have often wondered what dogs would prefer in names:)
Awww....such cute dogs! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment!
Dogs and water, bliss indeed.
Ziva looks pretty happy to have the dock to herself. :)
