Sometimes, even on a busy day, when I've got papers to grade and groceries to buy and a long list of things to do, I have to stop the car and step into cold air to listen to clouds moving toward me.
Thanks, Chip! Do you recognize the place? I'm on the road between Traintrack Village and Pretty Color Lakes, and I'm looking east across towards the gravel pits.

you are an amazing photographer.
Wow.
These particular ones appear to have eloquent voices.

Thanks, Kyla.
Artist Friend: Yeah, they did.
This is beautiful. One of my all time favorite paintings is Georgia O'Keeffe's Sky Above Clouds. Your picture reminds me of that.
I'm jealous that you have cold air; we've warm air in Arkansas,in November at that.
That is a lovely photograph.
And the thin air of winter (or almost-winter) makes the clouds seem that much closer.
So nice. Sometimes, not often enough, I love to just lie back and watch the clouds, that is when they seem to speak to me.
Lovely. I can feel the air.
Yeah, I need to stop being so busy photographing them and listen to them as well.
This sky is spectacular. I can only imagine the whisperings of these beauties.
