I have a terrific mnemonic for the canonical hours, which I once posted: http://www.magpiemusing.com/2008/09/my-head-is-full-of-useless-information.html
If you've still got a bad sore throat, Jo(e), I can recommend a good herbal remedy ~ sage tea. Make a small cup of this stuff with a heaped teaspoon of dried sage into a small cup of boiling water. You could use a tea-strainer to remove the bits of sage leaf. Leave to infuse and drink when cool. Try 2-3 cups of this each day. This home remedy was passed on to us by a Dutch friend of one of our daughters. There must be something in the sage which kills off the germs.

I'm so sorry! Feel better soon. Sorry that Southern hospitality did this to you.
And for the record, cool photo.
oh, no. sending along some virtual whatever-helps. maybe a little soup? noodles?
my lifelong personal cure-all is chocolate mint chip ice cream, but your mileage may vary.
Get better soon!
Hope you are feeling better soon. But make sure you take care of yourself, I've heard of some of these colds/viruses taking nasty turns.
Take good care of yourself.
Your photo reminds me of some lake monster, rising up from a Viking lake.
Oh poor you. These things can drag on so I hope you're getting plenty of rest.
Hope you're feeling better soon! Drink another gallon of tea and get some rest. Hang in there!
OK. We are definitely not having supper tomorrow. We can do it next week some time.
