1) Random women I stopped on the street and paid five bucks to pose for this photo.
2) Seven sisters who meet in Chicago every year for a reunion, who spend hours at breakfast, all talking at once.
3) Women protesting outside a hotel in Chicago, who did not want their faces to appear anywhere on the internet, because several of them are wanted by the FBI.
4) Seven friends who have known each other since high school and take a trip together each spring.
5) Seven bloggers in the same place at the same time.

I guess 5).
And you're 3rd from the left. Gorgeous hair!
I love it.
3! no, wait, 1! no...uh...5! :) very cool.
how fun!
jealous.
What yankee transplant said: so jealous.
Jealous also, *stamps foot*. You're in my favorite northern city to visit.
wish I were there!
Awesome. Wish I were there, too.
Great picture, no matter who they are, but based on something I read elsewhere, I'm thinking 5.
Awesome picture. But give us more stories about meeting bloggers! More stories! Let me have vicarous blogger-meeting fun through you!
Would love #1, actually! Could you try that sometime?
I wish I could have been there too! Can't wait to hear blogger meet up stories!!!!!
I'm guessing it's #5 -- how wonderful!
Jealous, jealous, jealous!!!
I wish I were there. Sigh.
That looks like such fun! It also looks like you all are about to begin dancing.
Okay, so my question is: what did the person who took the picture of the back of your heads think?? ;-)
Yeah... talk about being jealous. I'm heading for a conference tomorrow and I'll be wondering whether there are any other bloggers there that I could meet and certainly won't because I won't talk to anyone about my blog there...
Mona: Yep, I'm third from the left.
New Kid: Uh, the guy we stopped and gave my camera to didn't say much. Or maybe he did, but we were all laughing and talking so much that I doubt we would have heard him. He did tell us all to smile, which just made us laugh harder.
Pilgrim: I would have more time to write blogger meet-up stories if my roommates here weren't so much fun to be with. Right now one of my roommates is running a bubble bath and saying, "Hey! You can take a photo of me in the bathtub and put it on your blog."
Faaabulous photo! Chicago looks cool.
I'm going with seven sisters. Yes, since I have five sisters and with me, it makes six of us. We are called the sisters by all our cousins, our kids even call us the sisters and our brothers call us the sisters. We pair off, the five of us, one died when she was seven. Any picture you see of us, we are arranged according to how we pair, not that our picture pair is who we are closes to, no, two baby sisters, that's Spoiled Sister and Me, and Two old hag sisters and the middle sister who is Trouble Making Sister goes from one to the other, depending on who she has pissed off. So, yep, it looks like sisters to me.
I'm really jealous that you can do all these things and have a family and have a career and have harmony. Before I started graduate school, I went to a writer's conference every year, and a southeren writer's read every year. It was a time I reconnected with old friends. But graduate school, well it has taken all my free time. But this too will pass.
hmm. Jo(e), I thought you'd be taller.
(hee.)
Priceless
I knew which one you were easy enough, but can you identify each of the others for us? That's timna to the right of you, right?
scrivener, I cannot believe that you can't tell the difference between me and Timna, despite that fact that you've never seen me irl:).
Curious Girl picked me out right away!
