Anyone can have attitude, but as we all know, you gotta back that stuff up. So here's the crucial question for Skater Kid. Which is better -- II or Physical Graffiti?
I don't know what Skater Kid would say, but in my book Physical Graffiti is by far the superior album. By this time Page, Jones and Bonham were such a great team that you could ignore Robert Plant's preening yelp and just groove on an impressively diverse set of songs, from gentle ("Bron-y-aur") to powerful ("In The Light"), from straightforward ("Houses of the Holy") to bizzare ("Boogie With Stu"). Love, love, love that album. Rock On, Skater Kid!
Daughter #1 would add this kid to her "band posse" in a heart beat. The official name for the band posse is "THEM." Look to download songs in about 5 years.
Damn, I hope my kids bring home such cool friends when they're older.
Lisa V., I am so looking for Daughter #1's "band posse" whenever their downloads become available. I'm aiming to be their first groupie. Or maybe their oldest groupie.

I love your extras. This is such a great picture!
Any kid who wears a Led Zeppelin t-shirt is welcome at my house anytime!

He looks like the kind of boy I would have had a huge crush on when I was a teenager :)
Indeed, he oozes the 'tude!

Lisa V: It's too bad we don't live closer. I think our kids (and my extras) would really get along well.
Skater Boy disagrees with Corndog. He would choose II over Physical Graffiti.
Skater Boy, you are so right on that. II is one of the most awesome things ever recorded. I just had to check that the attitude was earned...
:) great picture!
